Welcome to TBDENPHOTO! By using our website or booking a session with us, you’re agreeing to the following terms. We’ll keep it simple and straightforward; just the important stuff.

1. Who I am
I am TBDENPHOTO: a UK-based photography business run with creativity, care, and a good sense of humour. Our website is here to showcase my work, help you book sessions, and keep you in the loop.

2. Using This Website
You’re welcome to browse, get inspired, and reach out. Just don’t:
* Copy or reuse our images without permission
* Try to hack, break, or misuse the site
* Pretend to be me (flattering, but no thanks)
All content on this site: photos, text, logos, belongs to me unless I say otherwise. If you’d like to share or feature my work, just ask!

3. Booking Sessions
When you book a shoot with me, I’ll confirm the date, time, and location in writing. A deposit may be required to secure your spot and I’ll let you know upfront.
Cancellations:
* More than 24 hours’ notice: no problem, we’ll reschedule or refund your deposit
* Less than 24 hours: we may keep the deposit to cover lost time
I’ll always do our best to be flexible. Life happens!

4. Image Use & Copyright
I retain copyright of all images I take, but you’ll get full personal use rights. That means you can print, share, and enjoy your purchased photos however you like. Just not for commercial use unless we’ve agreed otherwise.
I may ask to use your images in our portfolio or on social media. If you’re not comfortable with that, just let me know. I totally respect your privacy.

5. Payments
I accept payments via bank transfer, card, or other agreed methods. Full payment is usually due before final delivery of your images.
Late payments may delay delivery, and nobody wants that!

6. Liability
I’ll always do our best to deliver amazing work and show up on time. But I’m not liable for things beyond my control, like bad weather, tech failures, or last-minute venue changes.
If something goes wrong on my end, I’ll make it right.

7. Changes to These Terms
I might update these terms from time to time. If we do, I’ll post the new version here. Using the site or booking with me means you’re cool with the latest version.
